Get in touch

The first step is reaching out. You can use the contact form provided to get in touch, then I’ll connect with you to set up a free phone consultation.

It’s a chance for us to talk about what’s bringing you

to therapy, answer any questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

There’s no pressure, this first conversation is simply

a starting point.

What to expect

First, We Connect

We start with a free phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. You can share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work. There’s no pressure — this is simply a chance to connect.

Getting Started

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll book your first session. Before that, you’ll fill out a short intake form to help me understand your background.

Setting Goals Together

In those first few sessions, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you want to work toward. We’ll set some goals together to help guide the process.

Doing the work

Therapy unfolds at your pace. I draw on different approaches based on your needs, always making sure the process feels safe and manageable.

Ongoing Support or Closure

Over time, we may space sessions out or bring therapy to a close when you feel ready. Many people choose to come back now and then for check-ins or tune-ups. You're always welcome to return.

Where do you work?

I see clients in-person at my Collingwood office on Wednesdays and Fridays. I also offer virtual sessions to clients anywhere in Ontario throughout the week. Virtual sessions are a flexible option whether you’re nearby or further away.

Do you work with couples?

Yes. I work with couples who are navigating challenges, feeling disconnected, or wanting to strengthen their relationship. This space is designed to support both of you in understanding each other and finding your way forward.

Do you work with kids or teens?

I work with youth aged 11 and up. For younger children, I can connect you with trusted colleagues who specialize in that age group.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically between 50 and 60 minutes. I leave space so we’re not rushing through conversations that matter.

How often will I come?

We’ll decide together what works best. Many people start with weekly or biweekly sessions and adjust as we go. We can adjust as we go, based on how you’re feeling and what you need.

How long will I be in therapy?

Some clients come for a short time to work through a specific challenge, while others stay longer to explore patterns or different areas of their life. Some people choose to come monthly for ongoing support, even when things feel more settled. There’s no set timeline — we’ll take it one step at a time and check in along the way.
